Welcome to Mt. Olivet Junior Academy and we thank you for your interest!

HOW TO APPLY

Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $25 must be submitted

CREATE AN APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION (New Students Only)

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account.  Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application to complete it. Click here to log back in to complete your application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There, you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint supplemental forms.

NEW STUDENTS ONLY

Provide the following documentation:

  • Original Physical Examination & Immunization Records
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate 
  • Photocopy of the student's most recent report card
  • Photocopy of the student's must recent standardized test scores
  • Signed Record Release form

ALL NEW STUDENTS MUST INTERVIEW WITH ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE

(by appointment only)

If you receive an acceptance notification via email go to step #5. Otherwise, follow the email instructions. 

Pay Enrollment Fees via Smart Tuition and sign the Tuition Contract (Deadline: July 1)

New Student Probationary Admission Notice 
All new students are granted admission on a probationary basis. After the first nine weeks, the Academic Committee will then decide whether or not the student will be officially accepted. This decision will be based on the student’s academic and behavioral progress reports. The Academic Committee, upon approval from the Executive School Board Committee, has the right to dismiss any student if their academic progress and behavior reveals that they are not the best fit for this institution.

 

Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten & 1st Grade Age Requirement Student Notice
Applicants for pre-kindergarten should be four (4) years old by September 1st, kindergarten should be five (5) years old by September 1st of the current school year, and applicants for the first grade should be six (6) by September 1st of the current year.
